Brad Smith, President and Chief Designer, has been in the home and facility design business for over a decade. Brad was an original Founder of S&S Professional Drafting Services in 1999. After a successful partner startup, Brad left S&S to venture out on his own without a partner, and has been designing successful projects ever since.
Brad's designs include buildable concepts thanks to his years of experience not only in design but also construction. He grew up in the business and worked in the trades as a young man from framing to painting, roofing to Managing Construction Projects.
Throughout the years, Brad has worked on many New Home Designs, Commerical Building Plans, and Industrial projects for clients like Jerry Lang Combustion, Johnson & Johnson Company, Ingersoll Rand, Tenaska Power, Toyota, Pilgrims Pride, Texas Instruments, Exxon-Mobil, Boeing and many more.
In our commitment to continued success of our projects, we coordinates efforts between the design team, contractors and clients involved. Our goal is to help you improve and allocate more time and energy to the large scope of your project. We want to be a part of the team in this industry.
